“The Welcome Table,” a Utah Conference Women’s Retreat

Gather in the season of Easter to explore the deep and wide table that God sets for us. We will begin by sharing a continental breakfast together while we reconnect with new and old friends. We’ll explore the theme through a variety of movements, telling stories, opening Scripture, taking in poetry, listening to music, and sharing Communion.
Please reserve your spot no late than April 20th so we can ensure we have enough food and supplies for everyone. RSVP to Pastor DanaLee here. The cost is $25; you can pay via Venmo (@DanaLee-Simon, last four digits 5811), cash (exact amount would be helpful), or check on the day of the retreat. Scholarships are available. Join us for a simple catered meal around the dinner table as we worship with prayer, scripture, music, fellowship, and spiritual discussion. We encourage you to invite family members, friends, and neighbors who may feel uncomfortable attending church in a more formal setting. Dinner Church is one of Zion’s 2025 Abundant Grace/Abundant Giving Stewardship Appeal initiatives, and will be held once monthly. All are welcome.

Courage Reins Gala
Join Courage Reins on Saturday, May 3rd for their annual Kentucky Derby live watch party! Enjoy delicious food, make a bid during live and silent auctions, and meet amazing therapy horses in this benefit to support and fund the mission of Courage Reins, a local equine-assisted therapy center in Salt Lake. Courage Reins improves the lives of individuals with disabilities by helping them navigate physical, mental and emotional challenges.

Adult Chancel Choir Rehearsal
Zion’s Adult Chancel Choir meets Sunday mornings at 8:45 in the downstairs choir room and prepares anthems for our church worship services. We are currently preparing music for the Lent and Easter seasons and welcome new singers. Come join us!
